Tesco Bags for Life
We are delighted to announce that, thanks to our wonderful PFA, our application for Tesco Bags of Help Grant Scheme has been successful and our project OLMC Catholic First School ‘Outside Classroom’ will be put forward to a customer vote in Tesco stores during March and April 2018.
Our project ‘Outside Classroom’ along with the other two successful projects in our region will go forward to a vote in Tesco stores where their customers will decide the outcome by voting for their favourite project each time they shop. Voting will take place from Thursday 1st March to Monday 30th April 2018 and we will know at the end of May 2018 confirming the amount of funding we will receive.
We’re guaranteed a minimum £1,000 and Tesco will match fund £4,000 from the recent success of Mount Carmel does Strictly charity ballroom dance competition if we win highest number of votes.
The project with the highest number of votes will receive £4,000
Second placed project £2,000
Third placed project £1,000.
